Getting to know wordpress

I’m new to wordpress and currently having difficulties with the sidebar. As you can see, my sidebar is very dull…even I hate to see it. I want to put my pic at the sidebar but failed. I read the FAQ but it didnt help much…can anyone out there help me?

hi the only way u can put pictures is by using Flickr. I haven’t tried Photobucket..maybe u can try..ya I agree the layout and things we can do with the WordPress site is limited but it’s more stable lor..

eh what happened to my earlier comment??

anyway, need to hosts photo in Flickr before u can load in the sidebar..i’m not sure about Photobucket..cos I use Photobucket to hosts the photos for my posts but the sidebar I used Flickr..
